- 1.Fabric is sold by length, from half a yard (46 cm / 18 in) in half-yard steps.
- 2.Every piece is cut separately. Two half yards are not joined into one continuous yard, even in the same color.
- 3.Need a full, uncut yard? Order the 1 Yard option.
- 4.Half-yard pieces make it easy to mix colors or split a group order.
- 5.You can choose whether the fabric is folded for shipping.

运损反馈Transit Damage
Check the parcel with the courier before you sign for it. If you find transit damage after signing, send photos or video of the packaging, the fabric, the damage and the shipping label within 24 hours of signing.

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with family, neighbors, building staff and parcel lockers first, then contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

质量问题Quality Issues
For defects not caused by shipping, such as heavy unraveling, large areas of uneven dye, or material that doesn't match the description, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or video.

物流停滞Stalled Tracking
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 40 days, send us your order number and we'll chase the carrier and follow the parcel for you.
Once transit damage or a lost parcel is confirmed, we send a free replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method if it's out of stock or you no longer want it. Once a quality issue is confirmed, we send a free replacement.
毛布正常特性Normal for Spandex Fur
These come from how the fabric is made and shipped. They are not defects and are not grounds for a return or exchange.
边缘锁边Serged Edges
Edges are machine-serged to stop fraying, so they feel firm and the stitching shows.
轻微浮毛Light Shedding
New fabric drops loose fibers when first used or cut. A lint brush clears them, and it eases off after the first wash. If you're sensitive to dust or have allergies, wear a mask while cutting.
裁剪误差Cutting Tolerance
Fabric cut to length can vary by up to about ±3 cm. We add a little extra wherever we can.
背部记号Marks on the Backing
Some pieces have small water-soluble pen marks on the backing from production. They don't affect the fabric and usually fade after the first wash.
运输褶皱Shipping Creases
Folding and long transit leave creases. Smooth them with a hair dryer or garment steamer along the pile direction. Never press an iron directly on the fabric.
Changed your mind or picked the wrong color? Unused fabric in its original packaging can be returned. You pay the return shipping and carry the risk until it reaches us.
