Our 3D Printing Customization Process

1. Inquiry & Consultation
   You can reach out to us via online chat or email to discuss your project — including product type, purpose, dimensions, material, and quantity. We’ll provide professional technical advice and a tailored quotation based on your needs.

2. Sample Fee Payment
   After confirming your project details, you’ll be asked to pay the sample fee. This covers model optimization, printer setup, and initial sample production.

3. Design Preview Confirmation
   Before printing, we’ll provide a 3D rendering or preview image for your approval, so you can review the appearance, structure, and details. You’re welcome to request adjustments until you’re fully satisfied.

4. Material Procurement
   Once you confirm the material and color, we’ll prepare or purchase the required 3D printing materials to ensure consistent quality throughout production.

5. Sample Confirmation (Sample Shipment Available)
   After the sample is printed, we’ll send detailed photos or videos for your review. If you prefer, we can also ship the physical sample for inspection. Once you approve it, we’ll proceed to mass production.

6. Deposit Payment (30%)
   After sample approval, you’ll pay 30% of the total order amount as a production deposit, and we’ll begin mass production immediately.

7. Mass Production
   We’ll handle batch printing and post-processing (such as sanding, painting, coloring, and assembly), followed by strict quality inspections to ensure everything meets your expectations.

8. Final Payment
   When production is complete, we’ll share images or videos for your confirmation. Once you’re satisfied, you’ll complete the final payment.

9. Shipment
   After receiving your final payment, we’ll carefully pack and ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking number or shipping information so you can follow your package until it arrives safely.
